TaijiFIT Flow
I am very proud to be involved in this program with David-Dorian Ross!
TaijiFit™ is a mind/body “exercise” that combines the best of traditional Taiji (Tai Chi) with modern Western fitness. It’s a workout appropriate for any age or fitness level – and has you experiencing the FLOW of Taiji whether it’s your first class or 100th. There are no routines to learn, or set choreography to remember. Instead, class members follow me while I instruct using a method known as “Qi Cueing” – designed to bring your muscular, cardiovascular and nervous systems into perfect synergy (along with your mind and Spirit). It finally makes Taiji accessible to everyone!
Yoga Fusion
My flagship format, Yoga Fusion ain’t your mommy’s yoga class. (Or it might be if your mom is awesome!) It’s power yoga with a little extra power. This class has two focuses: #1 Development of dynamic and functional balance, strength and flexibility and, #2 maintaining a calm and present mind in the midst of a challenge. Bring your yoga mat and can-do attitude and I’ll take you on a ride like you’ve never experienced before.
PiYo
“The Killer Of Mom Jeans”, PiYo is a fusion workout based on the principals of Yoga and Pilates. It is a low impact, yet high energy workout that will improve your balance, strength and flexibility as well as burn calories, promote weight loss and visibly improve muscle tone with regular practice. PiYo is a wonderfully dynamic and endlessly variable workout that is suitable for all fitness levels. Sound fun? Are you ready to start, or continue, down the road to health and fitness? Join me, let’s do it together.
SizzleLEAN
Hold on to your hat! Heart pounding cardio intervals incorporating plyrometrics, kickboxing and classic calisthenics to fire up your metabolism and burn fat! I highly recommend bringing WATER and a squeegee, car wash sponge or ShamWOW to wipe up all the sweat that’s gonna run down your face.
Dynamic Body Sculpt
There’s no two ways about it, this is your kick butt work out! A cross training formula combining upper and lower body sculpting moves, incorporating low weights and high reps to get your heart pounding, build strength and turn your body into a lean, mean, fat burning machine. A great workout on it’s own and also an excellent compliment to any training regime!

Class Attire – Clothes that are comfortable, will provide proper support and allow for full range of movement will serve you best.
Recommended – yoga pants and sport bra. *Yoga Fusion and PiYo are barefoot workouts*
Special note for Dynamic Body Sculpt and SizzleLEAN – come ready to work! I recommend wearing a high quality athletic shoe.
Supplies – All yoga students will need a yoga (sticky) mat. If you don’t have one they can be obtained fairly inexpensively at Target.
PLEASE NOTE – It is very important that your yoga mat lay flat when it is unrolled. Due to the fast pace of many of the movements executed in PiYo, a mat that does not lay flat is easy to trip on and can become hazardous.
I also highly recommend bringing a bottle of water to stay hydrated and please have a snack before class to keep your energy up.
*Optional* weighted gloves
